SharePoint Subsite Tabs Issue

I'm the administrator of a fairly "busy" Intranet site which is running on a MOSS 2K7 implementation.  Over the past year, we've added many subsites for each department within our organization as well as some other key functions.  Is there anyway to get the "Tabs" to start wrapping like you would at the end of a line in Word?  I have too many blind users who do cannot seem to use the scroll bars at the bottom of the screen to slide over and see the other subsites.  Is there anything I can do?  A screenshot is attached that shows the number of subsites.  Can I get the tabs to begin wrapping based on screen resolution??

It looks promising, but I'm a newbie and need some further guidance.  Where do I enter the code?

I'm going to say that you would enter thaton the masterpage.  if your not comfortable with that you may not want to mess with it.  what you could do is create a copy of your masterpage and mess with that one create a subsite and use that page to switch between the test masterpage and the real one.  This be accomplished but uploading your test masterpage to the subsite masterpage gallery

Attempted in a test environment and could never get it to work correctly.  Too many errors to resolve.  People can scroll.
