Offline file recovery for sync

A user has been working away for 2 months. She came into the office the other day and tried to sync. Some how she has cleard her offline cache. 2 months worth of work gone.

I have managed to recover the CSC folders with a undelete tool. how do  now convert these back to real documents?

    Try this:
    mkdir c:\recoveredfiles\
    csccmd /extract:\\myserver\myshare\  /target:c:\recoveredfiles\  /recurse /onlymodified
    This extract copies of all the documents on \\myserver\share that you've modified while offline, and puts them into c:\recoveredfiles\
