Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange - Live Update is not working

I need some help with my Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange. The LiveUpdate feature is not working and is not automatically downloading the Virus Definitions files and updating my servers. I have to manually download th3e virus definitions and then push them to the other servers. This used to happen automatically but has now become a very tedious task to be doing every day.

I am attaching the my symantec configuration file and update log. This is an error I receive.
"LiveUpdate was unable to complete successfully.  More information may be available in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Log.LiveUpdate"

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Accepted Solution

Check the internet access, the password used to connect/ download the updates probably expaired.  Check the credentials set on the antivirus server.

This also could be an indication that the licensing for the A/V server and client component has expired.  Please check the license status.
