Items in suspended Queue - biztalk 2002

Hi All,

Each night we receive multiple feed files which are going to the biztalk work queue and being processed but not being closed out successfully and placed into the suspended queue.

Can anyone throw some light into this?

Yep. There was no change in the environment. It is in production and working the same for long time. suddenly this error.

We found that increasing the DTC time out to infinity will resolve the issue.
