External site clients can't connect to internal Exchange server.

Hi,

I have some network problems.External site clients can reach and ping to internal site clients/servers but there is a problem in MS Outlooks. We can't add/configure email accounts,Ms Outlooks can't see exchange server(couldnt resolved user mailboxes/ exc.server name) but exchange server is pingable and Up.There isn't any problem when we make clients bypass ISA server 2004.

Our systems configuration is shown below.I am waiting for your assistance. Thanks

1 Internal Site 192.168.0.x
1 External Site 10.0.1.x

DC 192.168.0.1
Exchange 192.168.0.2

Sites connected with cisco Routers

(ExternalSite Clients)<----->Router2<=====>Router1<------>ISAServer2004(Rules:All networks to All networks is allowed)<--------->Internal W2K3 DC - Exchange 2003

All client's (external site) gateway is Router and preferred DNS is internal DC. Dc and Exchange server's gateways are ISA 2004 server.Exchange and Dc servers have persistent
route that  Network: 10.0.1.0  Gateway: Router1.
