table border shadow

Hi, can anybody tell how to make a table border look like on this site ( See attached image for details.

    1 way is to design you site template with photo shop.   The just have a frame drawn around the image.
    See attached... Change to .rar extension.

    What "Att" is doing besides paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for that site.  
     Is floating The content  using the z-index and position properties.   Along with AJAX which fills the middle large box. I know you asked how to make the border on the tables.  
    But us at EE like to make sure you get more then just a direct answer with no other information.    
    I would suggest Jquery as a "Clean" looking component for a site.
    Or if you use Photoshop.  Start off with a rect.   850px x 600px. Or so.
    Lay out your boxes, menu,  or any other.  
    Use the slice tool and cut out the content boxes, menu buttons and other.  Save it as html --> custom and export it with css containing Divs.
