ML115 - Server Display Freezes

Recently installed windows 2008 r2 and exchange 2010 on a ML115 4GB RAM RAID 5 setup. Experiencing what appears to be hardware issue, the Server will suddenly freeze on the display and will be non responsive. Network connectivity stops on the server, screen is locked on what ever happens to be displayed at the time. Has anyone had these symptons before? There isnt any blue screens, memory dumps or events of any interest in the event log. The server runs perfect right up until the screen freezes. I am going with getting the memory replaced but will take a week to get the replacement parts. Any advice would be appreciated as this is critical.

Many Thanks but the ML115 is not using the proliant smart array, i believe its the onboard Nvidia Raid. The server will also freeze while in operation and doesnt appear to have issues with rebooting.
