disable "save file" prompt in macro

Hi,  I want my macro to automatically dispaly the data from a report on my monitor.  the only problem is that i get prompted to save the file to my documents and overdide the preexisting file (please see screenshot for example).   please advise how I disable this prompt.  I do not know VBA.

    I had been thinking in terms of a classical macro rather than an access one so I apologise for my input ... I would have expected that the setwarnings option has that effect but since you show it selected I am obviouslty lacking in necessary skills so can't help further.
