Firstly, do you have a separate modem and router setup or is the modem integrated into the Router?

I guess you are using a separate modem.

You will have to get the modem configured to obtain static IP from the ISP by logging to the modem interface. Post the details of the modem here and I will be too glad to guide you.

You will have to login the router interface using a Web-browser.

Configure your PC to obtain the IP address automatically. Double Click the NIC which will display a dialog box of the status of the Active Connection. Click on the Support tab. If all is working properly, you will get your IP assigned by the Router. See for the Default Gateway Value.

It would be 10.10.10.1 in your model.

Open up your Browser and type 10.10.10.1 You will get a Dialog Box prompting for a username and password. Login using userid as admin & password as cisco.

This will get you to the Web configuration menu of the Router. Use the above links given by geergon to configure your Router.

Please follow the steps mentioned above! Are you able to get there! What are the error messages you are getting in case you have tried?

Simply configurationless is too vague to help.
