when you create the task,  there is a field RunAs. (if you user the add task wizard, it asks for name and password)
Enter the user name and set password. It defaults to current logged on user or System, but just change it to the desired user and enter the password. Ensure you make a distinction between Domain user or Local User if necessary by prefixing with Domain or computer\user
