Setting up Solar winds TFTP server.

Hello Experts,
Can some body tell me how to setup TFTP server from Solar winds Software?

Step by step please.

I need to backup all the routers and swtiches config to it.

    Use either these clients.

    On the router and or switch you will do copy startup-config tftp and copy flash:<ios_image_name> tftp

    Tftp server is easy to use the links above would help you to install it.

    1. Check if port 69 is open from the machine to the routes and switches.
    2. You should also able to reach the devices with icmp ping if its allowed in network.

    If you have cisco routes the above command can be used

    i would suggest to save the configs before you backup.

    copy run star
    copy startup-config tftp

    Note: On Cisco switch you will be unable to get info of L2 Switch VLAN. You will have to backup VLAN.dat file.
