First off, you mention that you are a single user, does that mean you are connected to something else than an Exchange server? If so, what mail system? Something like Hotmail, GMail, POP3, etc.

You could try to login to gmail.com / googlemail.com and then have a look in your trash. Do you find them there? Or do they show in gmail?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I found the items in my outlook trash, after further review. How do I get them back on the calendar and out of the trash?
