Question about restoring mailbox with DPM

i'm using DPM 2007 eva version to protect exchange 2007 mailboxes data
i was tested the restoring of one mailbox using DPM so I created SG and made all required steps
when I stared restore single Mail box I noticed that DPM take long time and when i looked in monitor tab i found that DPM restoring all storage group data size firest
and i takes hours
is there anyone have an idea to restore single mailbox with out restoring all the size of storage group firest ?

Just to confirm you can't restore directly one mailbox with DPM 2007.

my SG data file over than 100 G
so i must wait hours for restoring this huge file before restoring one mailbox
also i must have the same free space to for restoring is that true?

about mounting data into SG is that before or after starting the recovery operation?

You need to have a recovery storage group to put/mount your mailbox database snapshot in, so to answer you it's "before"
