How can I get a solid color for window borders on Windows 7? I've disabled aero glass, and now I have this horrible mess especially in the title bar.

You need to have aero enabled.  And see this tutorial:

This is not what I want. I've done this, but still there are gradients in the window borders. I want the borders to be one color, so if I select grey, all the border area should have one color value like for instance #999999 or maybe a left to right gradient. I think it looks so messy like this.

I'm using the classic theme now, and that seems like the best solution.
