Blackberry desktop redirector not working

About the time we installed a new firewall users(5) began having issues with the redirector.  It will send a couple of emails to the device then seems to stall.  It will sit for a day sometimes more before it sends a couple out.  We had a reverse DNS issue that seemed to be causing issues for the ones that did eventually make it out.
DNS lookups, SMTP and reverse lookups all return error free.
I see some errors in the users PC like the one below, but I cannot find anything about resolving it.  Do I need to open MAPI via the firewall?  I have LAN to LAN open for any service.  Right now the redirector is the only option we can use.  All the references I can find are related to the BES software or the professional software.  We are not using any of that right now.  I do not want to put an old firewall back but this is that important that I may have to to see if that resolves the issue.

I have looked at the AV on the server and do not see anything in any of the logs to indicate that it was blocking access.  The AntiSpam server is not blocking anything, the firewall does not seem to blocking anything.  All the desktops are XP and they all have different windows updates applied, some are pretty up to date others are a bit out of date.  The SBS server that runs exchange is way behind due to a legacy program that is running on it that will not allow us to update it fully.

SBS 2003 with exchange, SonicWall TZ-210, Barracuda Anti Spam server model 300.

Thanks.

ASKER

Anyone?

Anyone done any network monitoring on a machine that has it running properly?  Any wild suggestions?
Can you increase the TCP session timeouts for the user's connections through the firewall to the blackberry relays? If a few are getting through and then failing it could be that the TCP session is being torn down by the new firewall too early.
Worth a shot, I will give it a try.

Overall it seems better today, a few stalling for about 4 hours, but most working normaly.
Ok, here is a little more information.

I have found that one server for blackberry is not reachable by telnet from inside my network(office), but is from other locations.  I can telnet to port 25 from home, but from inside the office.

unreachable address: etp1104.etp.na.blackberry.net I CAN reach this from home and other locations.  I CAN reach etp1105.etp.na.blackberry.net and just about anything else around it, etp1101, etp1102, etp1106 and so on.  I CAN ping and tracert from inside the network, but again no telnet from inside the office network.
Anyone have any suggestions?  Should I open a new question for this?
