Roll Over popup ads

I notice double-underlined words on some pages that take you to a pop up ad when you roll over them.  An example is at http://www.mrpaparazzi.com//blog/index.aspx?postID=8653.  When you roll over "romantic" under the main picture an ad for a movie pops up, complete with video and links to click.  Does anyone know the technology being used here?  The source for the page doesn't even show "romantic" as an href, so it looks like something is completely overlaying the page.

I don't see the link for romantic but it's likely AJAX. Google "rollover popups using ajax".

That's my point. When you look at the source for the page  there is no link for romantic, yet the page  text has a double green underline under romantic and when you roll over it you get the pop up. (See attached figure.)

So you think Google is adding these double underlines and the pop ups?
