I just installed Ubuntu as a file server and it works well. The local network sees the shared folders and is working great.. However I would like to get the remote desktop working so I can logon to Ubuntu and maintain a few things without dedicating a monitor, keyboard and mouse... . I do not see it in  ...system.....preferences....
I am real new to Ubuntu and would appreciate a push in the right direction...

thank you in advance
