How multiple users can share the same mailbox in exchange 2007

single user, single mailbox is basic rule but there is a need for multiple users where each user will use its own unique password, access to the same shared mailbox. How to achieve this. any comment ??

It's fairly straight forward to setup a shared mailbox in Exchange 2007 see here: http://knicksmith.blogspot.com/2007/03/exchange-2007-and-shared-mailboxes.html

you then attach this mailbox to oulook as an additional mailbox.

But I think manage resource is a meeting room and it is not in proper mailbox concept where users can login via owa and each user can access shared mailbox with it own user ID and PW.

You can just setup a normal mailbox and then give the users access to it by right clicking and select manage permissions on the new mailbox.

Thy can then login to owa using their own credentials and open other
mailbox.

There is no way to associate an individual mailbox with multiple user accounts so that it's the primary alias for each user.

This is the only way to do it.

Send-As is required to define as mentioned in this link..

Full Mailbox access will allow this if they will be logng in to the mailbox itself.

send as is only required if you are "attatching" the mailbox in outlook as a secondary mailbox (as described in my previous post)

Send as, receive as and full mailbox permission is the way you can achive it. Other way would be enabling RPC over HTTP access and provide outlook for all usres
