How to avoid overwriting of Linux Root File System in Windows with ext2fs driver.

The problem is to avoid root file system tampering from Windows when ext2fs driver is
used to mount Linux file system.

how to mount root during linux boot only,

harddisk with root file system on windows is visible with ext2IFS driver and there is a chance to tamper the
root file system of linux
Did you check what I said above about the "read-only" option?

If your Ext2IFS driver does not offer this option, you should consider upgrading to version 1.11 or later.
