Vista slow down periodicaly, memory Hard Faults are high

Vista on laptop every 2 day's slow down, and I see that Memory Hard Faults are High.
After restart is all ok day-two !

    Please download process explorer
    so you can see which process is the culprit.

    Also, you can try to run:
    Start | Run | msconfig
    Disable all non-microsoft services and startup items
    If you won't experience any issues, you can test by starting services one by one.

    you have some programs that running on backend which make your vista on your laptop slow down. Make sure that you turn off some program that running on back-end and also tried also to do memory optimizer to stabilize your memory on your machine.

    It could be easily, anitvirus or antispyware protection, but it could be a virus too.

    Which information in process explorer to look after slow down ?

    Check which process is consuming most memory, when you're getting memory peaks.
