Can Exchange forward a users email to a outside domain like GMail?

Using SBS 2003 and Exchange. Had a user leave and forwarded that email address to the manager's email address on the same domain. Now the manager is asking that it be forwarded to a outside address like GMail. Is that possible?

Thanks

Yes, create a contact with that address and on their Exchange general tab, delivery options, forward to that contact.

The Outlook rules can be disabled from the server. We don't allow autoforwarding from it.
