Sync 2003 Server with External Time Clock Server

Simple question, I have my server and pc's syncing time wise, but I forgot how to sync my server with an external time source.  Cause every server, pc are off by 5 minutes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are located in the US and Central Time.
