Error in my jvm log can you please help

can you please tell me what does this error mean, i know its like an permission error, but from where should i trouble shoot it

org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException[1]: com.ibm.wsspi.odc.ODCException: java.io.IOException: unable to create directory: /opt/WebSphere/AppServer61_mno01/profiles/node_mno01/installedFilters/wlm/mno01_mno_1

What is your operating system?
Check path and folder whether it exists? and then check the permission of that folder.

The user that start up websphere should have access right on that folder.

This problem may occur if you install/start websphere with one user and try to deploy with another user.
