Reset Motorola BSR 64000 enable password

I lost the enable mode password BSR64000 motorola device. Can you tell me how to reset it?

If you mean the Password to access the router. you will probably need to do a hard reset, using the reset button. This will put it back to the Defaults.

If you mean a secondary password to access a different part of the setup page, I'm not sure, but that also might call for a hard reset.

I need to know if you are sure the only way to take control off the switch i s to do a hard reset .
