Install Exchange Server 2003 error 0x8007005

Hi All. I have a new server just built and added to th domaonm running server 2003. I am a member of domain admins but when I go to install Exchange server 2003 I get an error. The error happens when trying to install microsoft exchange messaging and collaboration services. The error mesage is:

Setup failed while installing sub-component Administrative group with error code 0x8007005.
When I Select ok then this displays:

Acess denied
Facility: LDAP Provider
ID NO 8007005
Microsoft Exchange Setup

It seems as though it can not create the afdministrativee groups for some reason.

Are you using THE domain admin account or an equivalent?
If you are using an equivalent, what permissions does the account have in the Exchange org?

Is the first or an additional Exchange server?

Simon.

I am using my user account which is part of the domain admins group. And this is not the first exchange server.

Let me also say that this is happening on 2 servers. I tried a 2nd server to see if it gave me the same error and it did.
