taking long time to open attachments

Hi Guys

My computer was working fine, but sudently it start taking a while to open any attachment,what could be the reason, please advice

I create a new profile and when i open outlook it was my account but no history, i send a test email and work fine, then i choose the old profile and now it was working fine, what is the explanation for this

Well, this is information technology. Sometimes, there's no logical explanations for this. :))
You can choose your old profile .pst to be used with the new profile and continue using the new profile.
As you wish.

Or you can try to delete the new profile and then see if an old profile is working as it should.

how can i use both profile, both are referring to the same settings
Now is working perfect, but i would like to understand why, what happen

I'm not sure what happened tito. Really don't. I have just suggested you what I would do in this situation.
I really don't know how your old profile is normally working now.
Honestly, I haven't googled for this problem, but gave you my advice instead, so I can't explain what happened.
If I would have this issue, I might figure out the cause, but like this, I can't.
