What do I need to do to index my entire C: hard drive for Windows 7? I keep getting messages that my searches will be slow since the folder locations aren't indexed (see screenshot)

You may not need to index your entire drive, but this tutorial shows you how to add index locations:

win7 search is sort of the pits to use for the whole drive.
I use Locate, free, when I need that option.
