View my local Address list when sending E-mails
I have Excchange 2007 and users are using MS outlook 2003. When anyone wants to send an e-mail he click on the to button to select the reciepients, Only I am getting the global list and he is not able to see the local address list stored in his outlook contacts. Any suggestions

First you need to add a personal address book in your outlook.

from the outlook option, go to contacts and set the default to local outlook contact.

I tried the steps provide by premglitz and it's fine for the outlook address book that I have. Also some of them are using their manager shared calendar. is there away to add it too
If you have permission to that calender you can...!

i have full persmission but when iam trying to add it repeating same steps as above it's showing that address book already added

oops am soooo sorry mean contact list and not Calendar.
want to add the shared contact list same as i did for the local address list

When you launch global address book. Click to expand list of ADDRESS BOOK which is next to SEARCH field. When expanded you will notice Outlook address book and select contacts whcih will enable you to view your local address book.
