Windows Server 2008 Security Warning Messages - How to disable ?

Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 all these operating systems have a built-in system of warning user about critical changes to system e.g. When you try to install a software, you are prompted with a security warning. When you try to open management console by right clicking 'my computer'. (see screenshots)

How can we disable these alerts ?

    I would disable UAC. It can be useful. If you're using Windows 7 you can change the level of UAC notification on it.
    Just hit the Win Logo in the taskbar and type UAC. Move the slider one level down and see if this setting satisfy your needs.

    If you're using Windows Vista, there's a better way than to disable UAC.
