Nokia PC Suite 7.1 on dell with XP 64Bit

I have XP 64 Bit SP2 on my new Latitude E6400, I installed all drivers from Dell.
When pressing the Nokia Help->About it says Detected Bluetooth stacks:Microsoft(5.2.3790)
When I try to add in connection Manager the Bluetooth(Microsoft) I get
"Cannot use the connection type)
Has anyone got idea?

If you look up your exact computer by the "Service Tag" on the website, there will be a listing of the EXACT order you need to load your drivers.

I've learned the hard way that I must do it in the order they prescribe.

If all else fails upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit.

64-bit XP is not well supported by Dell - or anyone else for that matter.

    Accepted Solution

I suggest you download the latest 64 bit Blue Soleil application (bluetooth connectivity application) -

and see how it performs then. Purchase if satisfactory.
