ASDM Sending Logging Error Emails

I would like to have my ASA send emails when a error code ASA-3-201011 is logged... How can I get the ASA ASDM to do this...

If you only want event IDs 201011, then I think this should do it (assuming your SMTP addresses are already configured) :

logging list ev201011 message 201011
logging mail ev201011
logging from-address asalogs@domain.com
logging recipient-address recipient@domain.com level errors

Is there a way to tell if the mail is being sent???

Hmm...   good question.   IIRC the ASA doesn't keep a "Sent mail" log of any kind.
