Shared Folder on File Server

Our Medical Records Department would like a an Excel folder placed on the server so the staff has acccess to add files to it.  What would the process be to do this easily.

    In Computer Manager (Right Click my computer select Manage) under Shares and Folders create a new share give the users the permissions required.

    You can the access the share via \\servername\sharename or map a drive to it.

    You need to manually create a folder using Windows Explorer.
