Personnel are having problems accessing online courses. They try to access the following IP address HTTPS:// and we get the following "Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)  port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests (12204)."

I am trying to find out what what SSL port does these online course website require for access so I may add an exception to our firewall policy.

Any help would be appreciated.

When a URL has a colon (:) followed by a number, in your case, 8010, that is the port it is being directed to use.  You will need to make an exception for port 8010 for this link to work.
