Cannot add mulitple users in CRM 4.0

If you look at this url it is exactly the issue that I am having.  I did open a ticket with Microsoft who has been working on it for 5 days and recently escalated it to the next level.  Is anyone out there smarter that Microsoft?

I figured it out myself.  CRM 4.0 mulitple users uses First Name Last Name to search for lookup.  Crazy but true so you need to make sure First Name Last Name is filled in for user active directory account.  Worked with Microsoft and they couldn't even figure this one out... I just got lucky and checked and voila.. that was it.
