If you have not done so, you need to obtain and install MS Access 97 SR-2

thanks we will check into it and let you know if it works for us.

How many times have you seen this or tried this fix?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Lots of times.  SP's are issued by Microsoft to fix known bugs in their software.

Okay great one more question for you since you are replying back and seem to havehad this issue before. Will this work on server 2003 or 2008? And like mentioned early the custom database is located on the server which is then pulled down to the workstation once opened. Will that fix work for that? Redundant question i am sorry for that. Just want to be sure.

Thanks

What I meant to convey to you is: Irregardless of problem or no problem, you should be up to date with the Service Pack releases.....and  installing the latest release often times contans the bug fixes you need.

In your case, with 2 workstations working ok and  1 workstation not working, the first thing I would do is check the version release # on the workstations.  If they are all the same, then it is less likeIy that installing the update will fix the problem.  On the other hand, if any of the front end workstations reflects a different release, then updating the front ends to the same release is more likely to fix the problem.

In any case, backing up your system, then updating the FE workstations  to the latest release is a good first step.
