Have a look at this:

Review the DNS security on the cluster DNS entry (forward lookup), probably find the cluster service service account does not have write rights, could add the csa with write on the DNS entries for the cluster network names.

Ensure the DHCP client is running (set to automatic).

Or one could delete the DNS entry for the cluster network names and run ipconfig /registerdns or restart the network name resource.

Review the cluster log on both nodes under c:\windows\cluster\cluster.log.

I think you are getting this error after restarting a node, cluster service or changing the password of the cluster service account. Simply restart the cluster service on the other node and after the other node cluster service restarted start the cluster service on the current node

Before throwing this warning, It came up with one more.Does it make any relotion with this.
