Why this happend?What is the solution for this?

Review the cluster log on both nodes under c:\windows\cluster\cluster.log.

I think you are getting this error after restarting a node, cluster service or changing the password of the cluster service account. Simply restart the cluster service on the other node and after the other node cluster service restarted start the cluster service on the current node

Before throwing this warning, It came up with one more.Does it make any relotion with this.
