We recently raised our domain to Windows 2000 Native because we introduced Windows 2003 Domain Controllers and upgraded our Exchange environment from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. We have not gone to Exchange 2007 yet and are more than likely going to upgrade our Workstations to Windows 7 this year (2010). As it stands the old Administrative tools for 2003 do not run on Windows 7 workstations, so we are wanting to raise our AD domain level to Windows 2008. In my research I have not found any compelling reason not to, and most of the issues we had to resolve to get to where we are now. Are there any problems anyone has experienced with a similar environment or anything I may need to pay particular attention to regarding Exchange or any other functioning parts of my domain?
