Problems getting Blackberry activation email
Using exch srv 2007 & outlook 2007, the activation email from RIM will not deliver to inbox. Message tracking within exch server said email is deliver but not to user's inbox. Junk email filter is set to no auto filter and perm delete email is UNchecked. Why can't I get this email?
Are you utilizing a spam filter of some sort?

the spam filter used is barracuda which say it released the email. For testing... I put in an outside email address for the BB activation. I received the email to my yahoo account then forward it on to my company email. Still it would not go through. I took out the subject line and the email showed up in my inbox.
I was told that the activation is not complete until that email gets into the inbox so emails can start coming to the blackberry. Since the email didn't get there, no emails from the company address is on the blackberry

That isn't correct.
You should never see anything in the Inbox from RIM during a successful activation. As I wrote above, the BES will see the message and then process it.
If you look at message tracking you should see a message going back out again. If that doesn't take place then activation will fail.
On the BES itself, the device PIN should be populated.
Simon.
