web design - reporting rows

Where is the best zone to ask web design, "look and feel" type questions?

-----------------

I have a report that I am presenting on a web page.

I was wondering what I might do to make the report look .... nicer.

I don't have a design / graphics bone in my body.

Perhaps some sample websites where the reporting goes like this:

Year
  Month
  Month
      Day1
         Person1
         Person2

eventually I want to have "expand / collapse" buttons for days, weeks, months and years.

That puts a lot of limitations as to what you can do.  here is an example website which has expand and collapse.... http://www.markrae.com/zzScratch/debug.aspx

As for design, from what I see you may want to look at charts for showing the data.... Google has some great API's for charts: http://code.google.com/apis/chart/

Put a tree view on an update panel in the end.  Seems to work just fine!
