CSS Style Sheet code randomly moving around in Visual Studio

I have a strange problem.

When I use Visual Studio, sometimes the code in the CSS style sheet randomly moves around.

For example, my table cell width randomly jumped to my CSS reset section. It took me awhile to figure out why my CSS code wasn't working until I found this. This has happened to me fairly frequently.

It sounds like a really strange problem. It doesn't happen with my C# or HTML code, despite being using the same Visual Studio IDE.

Any ideas?
