Installed this server about a year ago, has been perfect, suddenly im getting unexpected shut down errors.  I have not installed any new windows updates to it, it just simply started doing this.  If someone would evaluate these minidump files and maybe lead me to the issue, i would greatly appreciate it.  happened 4 times today.

Hello,

Please check with your server Hardware. I think this is the issue of your Power Supply (SMPS).Please contact with Dell Person.
