Monitoring USB port Voltage & current

I was wondering is there any open source program/code I can use to monitor the output Voltage & current of each individual 4 laptop USB port?

    Thanks for the prompt reply but the thread is for RS232 while i'm looking into the USB ports.

    not sure if it helps, but you can se the current used in device manager>usb device properties>energy tab
    Voltage is +5 V

    why do you want to monitor it ?
