"Sys is not defined" Please help me to rectify this error

I am using Ajax.NET for my ASP.Net 2.0 web application (VS2005).

On running the sample page by attaching <ScriptManager> and <UpdatePanel> controls, the following error in browser is displayed. Please Help!

"Sys is not defined" - Error in both IE7, IE8, Firefox

    Accepted Solution

    Make sure all script code that uses the Sys object is located after the ScriptManager on the page. If ScriptManager is not at the top of the page, you can have problem if your code makes call to the Sys object.
