Win7 Enterprise partition Not Showing Up

Besides the fast while asking this question I realized more the a few GB are not accounted for.

I have 2 drives  1TB  each.       When I boot of of drive number 2. Which has 4 partition.
The secondary partition on #1 drive does not show up.

Green is drive 1 boot WIN7 Home
Red is on the same drive.

The other 4 are on the second drive.
Blue is drive 2 bootable WIN7 Enterprise.

When I boot of the Win7 Enterprise.
All drives are visable except the red.
Any one know why?

Something to do with sharing?

They are all NTFS Formatted

I am running 64 bit.

Thank you in advance

Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management Do you see the partition there? If so, it may be getting assigned the same drive letter as another partition. If it is showing up in disk management, right click the partition and select change drive letter and paths. Set the new letter kind of high just for testing then you can go back and re-assign it if you wish.
Press Windows + R
Type "diskmgmt.msc"

This will give you an overview of your disk layout.
Ensure the disk is active.
You may have to import the partition if Windows sees it as foreign..
Right clicking the partiton in question will hopefully give you a variety of options.

Yes it is showing in the diskmgmt.
ALso I found another 200+GB I had not realized was not assigned.
Thank you both for the assistance.
I have learned there is a point of know return when PGP WDE is in use.

I really appreciate you both taking time to assist.
