Nota able to start Linux machine in GUI mode in VMWARE ESX?

I have installed Red Hat Linux 4 64 bit machine in ESX 4, everything went well but i am not able to start get the GUI of Linux. X server is not getting started.

It says failed to load module vmware (module does not exist, 0). is there a way to install drivers to my guest OS?
