Reference website for functions available in Microsoft Query ODBC (text driver)

I'm setting up some queries in Excel from text files (csv), and I need to use certain date functions (eg DateSerial if it exists).  Where can I find a reference site listing all the available functions for the ODBC text driver?  I've tried googling everything I can think of, and the microsoft.com websites, but to no avail.

The driver itself does not have properties/methods; it is an "enabler", meaning it provides the mechanism for handling text files. YOU still have to do the dirty work.

DateSerial is a property of the Date object, not the ODBC driver.

Date is not an object. ;) DateSerial is a method of the VBA DateTime class, not a property.

Thanks - it still has nothing to do with the ODBC driver, though.
