I have a few search folders set up in outlook as displayed in the picture. They pull from various mailboxes. The problem I'm having is that I would like the search folder to only have a unique copy of a single e-mail. Because the search pulls from several mailboxes there could be 4 of the same e-mails in the search folder.

Thank you for any thoughts&

The search folders are doing exactly what's asked from them. They do however not communicate. To solve your issue you need to wrap the search result into code that removes duplicates. Pretty big but look at these sites:

Could you give a specific code example using one of those folders as an example?

    Hi, thenrich.

I don't believe this is possible, at least not without writing a full-blown application specifically for this purpose.  Search folders aren't designed to eliminate duplicates.  Search conditions are designed to find all the items that match some condition.  To eliminate duplicates requires reading an item, checking all other folders for a match, something that would be difficult to do since there is no precise way to match an item in Outlook, and eliminating it if a duplicate exists.  That is simply beyond the capability of a search folder.
