The msExchExchangeServer object 'CN=XXXX-XXXX,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=XXXX XXXX,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=XXXX XXXX,DC=org' has the same 'FQDN' value () with another msExchExchangeServer object in the topology. This will cause many network problems.

Send connector 'To Lotus - XXXX XXXX' is disabled. Your organization is also running Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003, disabling this connector may cause routing loops. Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003 will not recognize that the connector is disabled and can continue to route to this connector.

Server XXXX-XXXX is not running Exchange Server 2007 but it belongs to the dedicated Exchange Server 2007 administrative group. This will cause mail flow problems and other service outages. This server should be removed and reinstalled.

Then 'networkAddress' attribute for server XXXX-XXXX is either damaged or missing. This can cause service failures.

Active Directory domain 'XXXX XXXX' appears to be prepared for Exchange, but the associated Recipient Update Service cannot be found. This may cause address generation to fail for objects in this domain.

The Active Directory forest functionality level has been raised. A modification to the system policies is required to avoid automatic re-homing of new mailboxes.

The global 'Maximum number of recipients' limit used by Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange 2000 Server conflicts with the corresponding organization limit used by Exchange Server 2007. Please visit http://technet.microsoft.com/library/bb124345.aspx for more information. Global limit: unlimited. Organization limit: 5000.

The database files for mailbox store 'Mailbox Database' on server XXXX  appear to be located on the same disk volume as the transaction log files. For optimum performance and reliability, these file sets should be stored on separate volumes.

Junk Store threshold is currently configured to move messages to recipient's Junk folder when they have a Spam Confidence Level (SCL) value of 8. This is the default value for the Junk Store threshold. However, the recommended value is 4. You can configure SCL thresholds by using the Set-OrganizationConfig cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell.

Microsoft Filter Pack is not found on server XXXX .XXXX .XXXX XXXX.org. It is recommended that you install Microsoft Filter Pack on server XXXX .XXXX .XXXX XXXX.org so that Exchange Search can index and search Microsoft Office 2007 attachments.

As a best practice, the size of the 'Application' log on server XXXX .XXXX .XXXX XXXX.org should be increased. The current size is 16MB. For servers running Microsoft Exchange, a size of 40MB or more is recommended.

Microsoft Exchange cannot obtain the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of Exchange server CN=XXXX-XXXX,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=XXXX XXXX,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=XXXX XXXX,DC=org in routing tables with timestamp   / 6/2009 3:3 :20 PM. Recipients will not be routed to this server.

Exchange Active Directory Provider has discovered the following servers with the following characteristics:    (Server name | Roles | Enabled | Reachability | Synchronized | GC capable | PDC | SACL right | Critical Data | Netlogon | OS Version)   In-site:  XXXX .XXXX .XXXX XXXX.org CDG   7 7   0     7    XXXX  .XXXX .XXXX XXXX.org C--   6 7 0 0     7     Out-of-site:

Have you actually attempted to clear any of those yourself?
Most of them are pretty self explanatory.

That doesn't answer the question I asked.
Have you attempted to resolve any of them yourself?
Each of those points should have sent you to an article on technet for resolution. Some of them are self explanatory.

All of them are much more than can or should be answered in a single question. I suggest that you split them up, because some of them can be quite complex to resolve.

However I strongly suggest that you review the linked to Technet articles, because if you don't, all that will happen is that people will simply Google the errors and point you at the articles anyway.

I didnt see any links for the following except Global Maximum limits,
Here is 4/5 issues I would like a little help with if at all possible.

There should be a line with "tell me more about this problem" or something like that, which takes you to a Technet article about the issue.

My recommendation about splitting the points still stands. Some of the issues you have pointed to are quite serious and attempting to resolve them in a single question would be complex.

The first error is self explanatory. You have a connector that is disabled. You either need to remove the connector or enable it again.

The second error would tend to indicate that someone has moved servers around. If the server in the error is live then you have a rather significant issue.

The other errors should all have Technet articles linked to them.

Here are two i am still having issues with. I spoke too soon, there was never a Exchange 2000/2003 server. Only Lotus notes in the past. Exchange 2007 was the first Exchange server in this organization.

Write DACL inherit (group)
The Write DACL inherit (group) right for the Exchange Enterprise Servers group should be removed from the root of the domain.

Recipient Update Service cannot be found
Active Directory domain 'XXXXXX' appears to be prepared for Exchange, but the associated Recipient Update Service cannot be found. This may cause address generation to fail for objects in this domain.
