Hi,<br />

Could someone give me some reasons or good source URLs why I should NOT deploy my .NET applications using Apache .NET.<br />
<br />
The reasons I have given my boss so far are:<br />
1. &nbsp;apache not optimized for .NET<br />
2. &nbsp;.NET programmers have no experience of Apache (in general) and will be developing and deploying on 2 different servers.<br />

Apache .NET vs IIS 6.0\7.0

The .NET Framework is not specific to any one programming language; rather, it includes a library of functions that allows developers to rapidly build applications. Several supported languages include C#, VB.NET, C++ or ASP.NET.

.NET Programming

The Apache HTTP Server is a secure, efficient and extensible server that provides HTTP services in sync with the current HTTP standards. There are also third party server systems that provide .NET support, including Mono, Base4, TNAPS and cc Devnet Data Access Server.
