ISA 2006 Firewall policy -  time out issue with OWA
I have a question regarding ISA 2006 firewall policy for ISA.
We have a time out problem with OWA:
In OWA, users are forced for credentials within 3 minutes. Session expires too fast. It is also not consistent with browsers. But, we already did troubleshooting from  all the browsers, and discovered that only IE 8 has this problem. Despite the fact that it is only happening on the IE8, we need the solution that will force the consistency on all the browsers and that users wont be asked for credentials in less than 15 minutes . All users are currently use IE 8

Currently the Client Security Settings on the firewall are set to "Treat as maximum idle time.
Also, below are other current settings on the ISA:
-SSL client certificate timeout is set to 300 seconds
-Client Credentials Caching is set to 300 seconds
Also, Does Persistent Cookies settings that are currently set to "Never use persistent cookies" can influence this behavior?
Since I m not familiar with ISA 2006 firewall, I would like to know where the problem is and what settings should I change/troubleshoot.

Please, see attached screenshots.

Thank you so much for your help
